Balance – First Kolkata Fitness Community Event
For the first time in Kolkata, the entire health and fitness community came together to be a part of Balance, an event hosted by MasterMentors at Calcutta Swimming Club. Popular fitness and health advocates shared their knowledge, insights, and valuable tips with the audience through panel discussions and individual sessions. The highlight of the event was the workout sessions and workshops conducted by some of the best-known fitness professionals from the city. The event was made possible with the support of the Calcutta Swimming Club and its committee, which played a significant role in making it a success.
The workshops featured during the event included Yoga, Zumba, Boxing, Karate, Calisthenics, Women’s Fitness, Animal Flow, and Making Gym Routine More Effective. Popular workshops trainers like Madhusatta Chaudhury, Natalie Pote, Anwar Wahhab, Sumana Dutta Burman, Nilanjana Banerjee, Arijit Ghoshal, Madhav Haldar, Aishwarya Krishnan, Vinit Baptist, Joshua Charles, Shyamantak Ganguly, Shahrukh Rahim, and Dr. Parikshit Bhattacharyya. Participants had the opportunity to try out different workouts, learn from these experts, and then decide how to balance their fitness routine and goal.
The engaging panel discussions gave the audience a chance to hear from some of the most well-known authorities of fitness about how to find the balance in their quest for fitness. The panels had health professionals like Ranadeep Moitra, Vinit Baptist, Dr. Parikshit Bhattacharyya, Madhusatta Chaudhury, Natalie Pote, Shahrukh Rahim, Shibayan Ganguly, Alan Baptist, Madhumita Neog, Pragati Sureka, and Gagan Sachdev shed light on numerous audience queries and burst some popular fitness and nutrition myths.

“We were thrilled to see so many people come out to our fitness event and take part in the workout sessions & panel discussions we had on offer,” said Suraj Juneja, Founder of MasterMentors and Chief Curator of Balance. “We believe that fitness and wellness should be accessible to everyone, and events like this help promote healthy lifestyles and unite people.”
